I am writing this letter to let you know how pleased I am with how my surgical experience turned out.

When I found out that I needed a hysterectomy and that my bladder needed to be lifted, I was very upset. After meeting with you and your staff, I felt that I would be in good hands. The operation was nothing like I had anticipated. When I woke up I was not in pain, just a little sleepy. The nurses gave me Tylenol or Advil for discomfort. By the next morning I was able to get out of bed, have breakfast and with the help of my husband, walk down the hall and back. I did not have to take any pain pills, only the Tylenol or Advil for any discomfort. Since I did not have any stitches, there wasn’t any pain or pulling sensation. Since I had the operation on Monday, I was able to go home on Tuesday evening. By the end of the week I was walking up and down the steps at least twice a day and I was not bent over.

Within two weeks, I was able to drive and to resume most of my normal activities. The incisions healed very nicely and are getting smaller all the time. As you know my operation was December 12th and I work for the tax season starting the end of January. I was able to go back to work as though nothing had happened. I just want to let you know how pleased I am with this whole experience and to thank you. I would definitely recommend this way of having an operation. 

First of all, I would like to congratulate you and your staff for the very professional care I have received since I have been coming to the Female Pelvic Health Center.  Not only have I received professional care, but your whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable.  The male urologist I saw never ever mentioned anything about estrogen therapy and I am convinced that is what has kept me free from urinary tract infections for the past year and a half.  I have come a long way in the past couple of months.  I have eliminated most of the summer fruits and I love from my diet, drinking more water and less coffee.

I am very appreciative of all you have done for me and will look forward to seeing you in the future. 

I am feeling so much better. I thank God I met you, and you have been so sweet and gentle during my treatments. I’m feeling good and God bless you all!

Thank you Dr. Molden, my life has changed forever. I only had my surgery a little over a week ago, and although I still have restrictions, I can honestly say this was one of the most amazing surgeries ever performed on me (and I’ve had many!) I had no pain after the surgery. I didn’t even take a Tylenol. I did have a few concerns and whether it was day or night, from you or your staff, I was always treated like I meant something to you and your staff. It was as if my recovery was your recovery the way you worked with me. I can’t name one person in your office, including yourself, who is not completely on your team! You’re all amazing! Thank you so much! You have an amazing team who I would refer in a heartbeat!

The staff greeted me when I walked in and they took the time to help with my referral problem. The nurse took the time to explain calmly what was going to be done at my consult. Dr. Molden is the BEST and the staff is wonderful.  The operation was a “piece of cake” for me.  I had no discomfort whatsoever.  Just think “big shirts” are now in style when I no longer have to wear them to cover my bottom.  This was the best thing I’ve ever done.  Don’t know why I waited so long.  Your kindness is greatly appreciated!  Thank you all.
