Dr. Stephanie Molden is Uniquely Qualified to Treat Her Patients' Urogynecological Challenges

She Has the Experience…

Dr. Stephanie Molden - PA UrogynecologistDr. Molden, founder of the Female Pelvic Health Center, is specially trained and prepared to help resolve the debilitating and distressing medical problems associated with urinary incontinence and pelvic floor support abnormalities. She has performed over 1000 minimally invasive procedures including use of the latest robotic surgical techniques.

Dr. Molden was first to use the daVinci robotic surgical system for urogynecologic surgery at St. Mary Medical Center. She helped start the robotic program at St. Mary Medical Center and performed the Center’s first robotic surgery. Dr. Molden was the first urogynecologist at St. Luke’s where she also performed robotic surgery.

She is also one of the few doctors in the tri-state area to complete a three-year fellowship for Urogynecology after her general ob/gyn training.

She Has the Expertise…

Dr. Molden specializes in treating conditions associated with pelvic floor prolapse. A lecturer and noted researcher on the subject, she has won multiple awards for her work and has appeared on PBS, CNN, ABC Channel 6 and KYW news radio discussing Stress Urinary Incontinence. A leading educator on urogynecologic procedures, she is a proctor to other surgeons on mesh and sling techniques. Dr. Molden is the Director of Urogynecology at St Mary Medical Center and is their Robotic Surgery Medical Director.

Dr. Molden is an advisor for the Fellows Pelvic Research Network (FPRN) as part of the Society of Gynecologic Surgeons (SGS), assisting fellows across the county in Urogynecology research projects.

As a woman, she understands the uncertainty and the concerns that her patients face. Her mission is to provide the highest quality of care to her patients in an environment where they feel unrushed, thoroughly listened to, and well informed.
